A Purpose-Built Cabin
Unlike our other locations which sit inside existing buildings, Melbourne will be home to a brand new cabin built specifically for Eagle Bay. Designed from the ground up to house a private TrackMan simulator bay, it will be a dedicated golf space unlike anything else in the area.
Situated within Melbourne Sports Park, it will serve the local golfing community and sports park visitors alike — a self-contained, weatherproof golf experience right on your doorstep.
A cabin designed and built specifically for Eagle Bay — not a conversion.
Play year-round regardless of the conditions outside.

What's Happening
Latest Update
We have submitted our planning permission application for the Melbourne Sports Park cabin. We are now in the planning process and will share further updates as soon as we have a decision. This is a really exciting project for Eagle Bay and we are looking forward to bringing something genuinely unique to the Melbourne area.
