Darley Abbey Mills
Your visit, sorted.
Eagle Bay is self-serve: you book online, we email the codes, you let yourself in and play. Here is everything worth knowing before you arrive.
1. Where to find us
We're inside Darley Abbey Mills, next to the mill chimney and Burton's Automotive. Two private TrackMan bays. For navigation, use what3words: ///speaks.remark.such
2. Where to park
Two spaces are allocated for our customers right by the unit. If they're taken, there's more parking a short walk away inside the mill complex. Park considerately and follow the on-site signage.
3. Getting in
After booking, YourGolfBooking emails you every code you need. A six-digit code opens the building and your allocated bay (press Enter after typing it), and a separate four-digit PIN unlocks the TrackMan software. Check your booking to see which bay is yours.
4. Using TrackMan
Enter your four-digit PIN, then pick practice, courses, tournaments or games with the mouse. The screen isn't a touchscreen. Take a few warm-up shots first. Use the balls provided; your own must be clean, as dirty or marked balls can permanently mark the impact screen.
5. Stay safe
Only swing inside the hitting area, keep everyone else well behind the player, and no running about in the bays. Children must be supervised at all times. If anything looks damaged or feels unsafe, stop and let us know.
6. Finishing up
A countdown appears when five minutes remain, and TrackMan logs out automatically at the end. Return the balls, leave the bay as you found it, and head out through the main door. The next group may be arriving.
