Who we are

Eagle Bay Golf Sims ("we", "us") operates private indoor golf simulator bays at Darley Abbey Mills, Derby, and the website eaglebaygolfsims.co.uk. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Booking details — name, email address, phone number and payment confirmation when you book a bay or buy a membership or gift card.

Form submissions — details you give us when you enter a competition, claim an offer, register interest in a new location, or contact us.

Access records — bay entry codes are issued per booking and logged for security.

Website usage — cookies and similar technologies collect analytics and advertising data (see Cookies below).

How we use it

We use your information to manage bookings and memberships, send booking confirmations and access codes, respond to enquiries, run competitions and offers you enter, and — where you have opted in or we have a legitimate interest — send you marketing emails about Eagle Bay. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Our lawful bases are contract (bookings and memberships), legitimate interests (service messages, security, improving our website) and consent (marketing where required).

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run Eagle Bay: our booking platform (yourgolfbooking.com), our payment processors, our website and CRM platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), and email delivery services. They process your data only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to function, plus analytics and advertising cookies (for example Meta/Facebook pixel) to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for our legal and accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

We'll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email where appropriate.
