Rory pays £6.45 an hour to play golf.
Rory is one of our Unlimited Off-Peak members. That is not his real name. We have changed it for GDPR, and we have not used anything that could identify him, but the bookings below are his. Over 29 days he spent 15 and a half hours in our bays and paid £99.99 for the privilege. Here is what that looked like.

He plays before work
Thirteen of his fifteen sessions started at six in the morning. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, week after week. Not one weekend booking in the whole stretch. He is in, he hits balls for an hour, and he is gone before most people have had breakfast.
Week one
Wednesday. Twice in one day, 6am and again at half three.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. All at 6am.

The maths, plainly
Off-peak bay time is £25 an hour if you pay as you go. Rory played 15.5 hours, which would have been £387.50. He paid £99.99. That is £287.51 he did not spend, and it works out at £6.45 for every hour he was in the bay.
Unlimited Off-Peak covers Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm, and 6am to 8am at weekends. Sessions are 90 minutes, and you can book them back to back if you want longer.
Would it work for you? Be honest
£99.99 is four hours of off-peak bay time. Play less than four hours a month and you are better off paying as you go, and we would rather tell you that than sell you something you will not use.
Play more than four hours, and every hour after that is effectively free. Rory played nearly four times that. If you can get to a bay before work, or during the day, this is the cheapest golf in Derby by a distance.
